‘We can’t get away’: Self-made bunkers built in Myanmar to protect against junta air strikes

Displaced villagers in Myanmar have built bunkers made of earth and sandbags to protect themselves from attacks by their own ruling government. The military government has been fighting armed rebel groups since staging a coup in 2021 that overthrew the democratically elected government.
