Miss Singapore shakes off ridicule to wear Trump-Kim dress at Miss Universe event

Miss Singapore Zahra Khanum has braved online criticism to appear at the annual Miss Universe National Costume Show wearing an outfit inspired by the US-North Korea talks her homeland recently hosted. But the 23-year-old was not the only one with a wild national costume among the 93 Miss Universe contestants on stage for a December 10 curtain-raising event ahead of the pageant in Thailand.
