A structure described as the largest 3D-printed building in Europe started taking shape in the southern German city of Heidelberg on May 5, 2023. Only two construction workers were at the site of the project. They said about 140 working hours over several days will be all that is needed to form a building measuring 55 metres long, 11 metres wide and 9 metres high (180 x 46 x 30 feet).
