Cheap China shares give investors chance to build positions, says Franklin Templeton’s Tariq Ahmad

 Franklin Templeton's Head of Asia Pacific Tariq Ahmad said the current cheap cost of Chinese stocks "creates better entry points" for investors to tap long-term growth in the country.
