Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan released a video on his Facebook page on January 20, 2023, showing that he was promoting Hong Kong as a tourist destination in his foreign business trips. In the video, he said “Hong Kong is back” and he encouraged people to tell more stories and show the strengths of Hong Kong.
