China’s third plenum: what to expect from the much-delayed policy meeting

Top officials from the Communist Party of China will gather in July for their much anticipated third plenary session, traditionally an occasion to set out economic strategies for the next five to 10 years. The plenum is expected to focus on deepening economic reforms, with an emphasis on “high-quality development”.
