Chinese city works overnight to clear mud-covered roads after days of flooding

Around 3,000 armed police officers, firefighters and residents worked overnight to clear up mud and debris after torrential downpours and floods hit China’s southern city of Liuzhou for five days since June 2, 2022. By June 7, more than 9,000 cubic metres (31,7832 cu ft) of mud had been cleared.
