South Korean president Yoon Suk-yeol’s failed martial law decree, which he rescinded just hours after he declared it, has led to turmoil, with the opposition seeking his impeachment. If Yoon were to be removed from office, he would be the latest in a string of South Korean leaders to be forced from the presidency.
