At least 23 killed in massive explosion at Thai fireworks factory

An explosion at a fireworks factory in Thailand on January 17, 2024, killed at least 23 people. The blast occurred in Suphan Buri province, which is about 120km (75 miles) north of the capital Bangkok. Between 20 and 30 workers were reportedly in the factory at the time, but rescuers at the scene said no survivors have been found.
