Technology is putting a modern twist on ancient traditional ghost tales in Thailand, where for many people a belief in spirits still runs deep. Ghost Radio is a late-night live-streaming channel drawing viewers from across the country including those who call in to share their encounters with supernatural phenomena. Programme host Wataraphon Phonjadee said the show reflects how event spirits are changing with the times and he has learned of cases where ghosts use modern technology including apps and smartphones to contact the living.
