US deploys B-1B strategic bombers for joint air drill with South Korea

The US Air Force deployed two B-1B strategic bombers during joint air drills with South Korea on November 5, 2022. The bombers made an appearance after North Korea conducted a barrage of weapons tests in recent days to protest the allied military drills, which it called an “open provocation” and a “dangerous war drill”.
