Thai protesters flood Bangkok street with rubber ducks in march against king's military power

Thousands of anti-government protesters marched to Thai army barracks in Bangkok on November 29, 2020, to challenge the king's personal control over some military  units. Many protesters were seen carrying large inflatable ducks, which have become a protest mascot after demonstrators used them as shields from police water cannons and tear gas. Pro-democracy protesters, who are demanding a series of reforms, accuse the monarchy of enabling decades of military domination.
