Thai pupils in 'Bad Student' movement demand education reform

Emboldened by the pro-democracy demonstrations sweeping Thailand, school pupils — in particular girls — are leading the “Bad Student” movement to challenge the Thai education system . They are demanding a curriculum overhaul, equality at schools, a relaxation of rigid rules and the resignation of the Thai education minister.
