The Indian army released an undated video footage showing its military near the contested Line of Actual Control (LAC) , and a drill by the Indian army on July 26, 2021. The LAC separates India and China, but the countries have been unable to agree on its exact boundaries. The file footage was released ahead of the October 10 commander-level talks between India and China in Moldo on the Chinese side of the LAC. The 13th round of the meeting, which aimed to resolve the ongoing military stand-off along their disputed border, collapsed with each side blaming the other for the lack of progress.
