Book publisher Gui Minhai, who is being held by Chinese authorities, spoke in an interview with several Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland media groups in a detention facility in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, arranged by the Ministry of Public Security.
The South China Morning Post agreed to the interview with strictly no conditions attached to questions it could ask after it was approached by the ministry on Wednesday.
