Chinese authorities release video to ‘prove’ bookseller Lam Wing-kee broke mainland law

Mainland authorities on Tuesday gave a visiting Hong Kong delegation their version of the bookseller controversy by releasing a video documenting bookseller Lam Wing-kee’s life under surveillance.
