Running for sustainability: Indian boy to cover 750km for UN sustainable development goals

Nine-year-old Sharvesh has set an ambitious target to run 750km (466 miles) from the Indian coastal town of Kanyakumari to the eastern city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu. The goal is to raise awareness about the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. It’s not the only feat the young athlete has set his sights on. He aims to someday win gold for his country at the Olympics.
