If I could speak at the United Nations about climate change, I would tell the world leaders that they should stop their cities from polluting the air. It is harmful to many animals and is also hurting our planet, which we will suffer from in the long run.

I would tell the world leaders of the United Nations that the world is sick right now and every single country needs to care and do their part to help it get better. Just think, if all the ice was to melt in the Arctic, polar bears would no longer have a home – and it would be all our fault. I would tell the world leaders that they should encourage people to care for our planet and do their best to stop global warming.

If I could speak to world leaders at the United Nations about climate change, I would tell them to make a policy that encourages people to use electric vehicles or take more public transport because the carbon footprint of driving private cars is very high. I think this is a good place to start if we want to stop global warming.

If I could speak at the United Nations about climate change, I would tell the world leaders that we should use air conditioning less. When the weather is not very hot, we don’t need to keep the AC running, we can just open the windows or use a fan. Air conditioning may cool our homes faster but you may be warming the planet faster, too.

I would tell the United Nations world leaders that they really need to pay close attention to how the world’s climate is changing. Global warming doesn’t only mean temperatures are rising, it also means the weather is getting out of control and we are heading for catastrophe. I read about a study that said that all king penguins could be wiped out in the next few decades due to global warming. And if that’s not enough to worry you, I don’t think humans will have that much time either if we’re not more careful with how we treat our planet.

If I could speak at the United Nations about climate change, I would tell  the world leaders to stop ignoring the urgency of climate change and start to take action. Climate change has been an extremely serious problem in recent decades. The world has seen a rise in sea levels, drought, and extreme weather, and it is not getting any better. Time is running out. There is no backup Earth if we ruin this one so we all need to do our part to help. Even if we start small in the beginning, at least we’re doing something good.
