Foreign tourists return to Thailand, with 10 million visiting the Asian tourist hub in 2022

Thailand has exceeded its own expectations for tourist arrivals as it achieved its 2022 target of 10 million foreign visitors by year’s end, weeks ahead of schedule. The country held several events on December 10, 2022, to mark the revival of the sector that was decimated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
