HK financial secretary Paul Chan on border reopening with mainland China and city’s economic future

In an exclusive interview with the South China Morning Post, Hong Kong financial secretary Paul Chan Mo-po spoke on reopening the border with mainland China and economic forecasts for the city. He said if Hong Kong’s Covid-19 infections are kept under control, the city should achieve higher than expected GDP growth.
