US President Joe Biden says his administration will “follow the science” regarding decisions about whether vaccinated Americans will be asked to mask up again as Covid-19 cases rise in the country. Biden spoke July 22, 2021, in response to a question regarding whether the White House will amend health guidelines. In May, Americans were told that people fully immunised against the coronavirus no longer had to socially distance or wear masks in most settings.
