Over 2,000 people carried the world’s largest dragon boat on June 9, 2021, along a road in Shibing county in China’s Guizhou province ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival. They walked around 2km (1.2 miles) from Shuiwuyuntai Music Fountain Square to Laoda Bridge and placed the boat in the river. Every year, crews of paddlers compete in dragon boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival, which will take place on June 14.
