Handouts to the needy
I would hand out all the money among the city’s poor. Perhaps you might think I am crazy. What about Hong Kong’s economy, you may ask. You’re too reckless!
But hold on … my family was very poor when I was three years old. It was very difficult to survive, so I don’t want anyone to be in that situation. I think my sincerity would move everyone who doesn’t agree with me.

Save the waters
I would like to solve the problem of marine pollution and tell people not to throw things into the sea. Oceans are so polluted by oil spills, chemical waste from factories, and people throwing plastic rubbish into the sea. As a result, millions of marine animals are killed every year.

I would make Hong Kong plastic-free and smoke-free. I would ban plastic because I hate to see people throwing plastic rubbish on the ground or into the sea. Plastic is killing marine animals and it’s sad to see them die. Smoking would also be banned because it kills a lot of people every year. Smoking also causes air pollution. #MakeHKbetter.

Choo choo
I would do my best to work with my colleagues and professionals to improve the railway system. There have been several problems, especially signal failures, on MTR lines over the past few months. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to the public. I would improve the railway system so that people’s daily lives won’t be affected.

Smoking kills
I would impose tough measures against all kinds of cigarettes, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is bad for your health, while second-hand smoke can also be a serious health risk, especially for children who are living with parents who smoke. I would reduce the smoking zones in Hong Kong and raise the taxes on cigarettes. This way, the number of smokers would be reduced, and Hongkongers would accept my policies.
