“I love you”
I would say “I love you”. Animals are more than just pets, they are family, and they enrich our lives. That’s why, if I had a chance to communicate with my pet, even for just 10 seconds, I would tell him how much he means to me.

Do pets play when you are away?
I would ask him what he does during the day while my family is at work or school. I usually think he’s sleeping when I’m away, but perhaps he does fun things like play with other pets or watch TV. If he told me he was bored, I could get him more toys. Maybe I could take him to school with me?

Sorry, pal!
I’d say I’m sorry to my pet for taking it to the vet for an operation, and explain that it was for his own good. I’ll tell him that vets help make animals healthier, and then hopefully he would forgive me.

Secret plans
My dog is my closest friend, so I would tell it my secret – that I want to be a teacher when I grow up. Then I would ask it to promise me that it would not tell my secret to anyone. Maybe it would tell me its secret, too.

Simply unforgettable
I used to own two pet schnauzers, but I had to move to a new home and wasn’t allowed to take them with me. I was heartbroken. If I could talk to them, I would tell them that I would never forget them and I will love them forever.

A crushing burden
I would tell my pet goldfish about my crush. She’s a schoolmate and she’s gorgeous. Her name is Triangle. I don’t get to talk to her that much because we aren’t in the same class, but I see her in English club. She is the cutest girl I’ve ever met. She sings well, too, and she plays the ukulele.
I really hope that my goldfish could tell me what I should do to get Triangle to notice me because that fish seems to attract all the others in the tank.

Behave better!
I would tell my pet to please stop peeing in the house. He has been doing that ever since I got him.

Howling protest
I would tell my cat that taking a shower is not that scary. Whenever I try to give him a wash, he howls as if I’m going to drown him. I wish I could tell him that a shower would make him feel good, and help him to stay clean and beautiful.

Happy memories
I would thank my pet for always being by my side and for giving me so many happy memories.

Are you happy?
If I could talk to my pet cat, I would ask her if she is happy living with our family and if she likes me. It is very important that a pet and their owner have a good relationship.
