Hong Kong police are investigating a case involving a FedEx parcel destined for Australia that was found to contain 10 reptiles.
A manager at a FedEx station contacted police for help at around 9.30am on Wednesday, according to the force.
Company staff discovered five lizards and five snakes inside a parcel during an X-ray, police said, citing the manager.

The parcel was sent by a man and meant to be delivered to Australia.
The force added that it contacted the Agricultural, Fisheries and Conservation Department for help.
FedEx said it is cooperating closely with relevant authorities in dealing with the package.
“We strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure the secure and safe movement of shipments to all markets,” said the company in a statement to the South China Morning Post.
