A gym manager and former rugby player is attempting to run 50km (31 miles) daily for seven days straight to raise money for a Hong Kong charity. Kevin Field, who has been training for the ultramarathon challenge for 9 months, said he plans to run 5km loops between the AIA Vitality Park at the Central Harbourfront and the Wan Chai Ferry Pier 10 times a day for a week. The Post’s Connor Mycroft joined Field for one of his practice sessions and got a taste of what it’s like to train for an ultramarathon.
