Exclusive interview with Thomas Campbell, former director of the Metropolitan Museum of Art

Thomas Campbell, the controversial director who made radical changes to the 147-year-old New York institution, warns about the pitfalls of new museums and the risk of overreaching with digital developments. He was recently in Hong Kong for an international summit that focused on the future of museums.
