Hong Kong protests: minding your mental health amid political turmoil

Months of often violent protests in Hong Kong have left society more unsettled and troubled than it has been in decades, according to University of Hong Kong professor, Paul Yip.

The director of the university’s Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention spoke with the South China Morning Post about his concerns and advice for staying mentally healthy despite the ongoing chaos.
