It’s always better to be over-prepared than underprepared, especially on a day when you may be feeling nervous or stressed. Here is a checklist of everything you might need for results day – make sure you don’t leave anything behind!
How to mentally prepare for DSE results day
If you are looking for a vacancy in a degree or sub-degree, here are the things you need to bring:

Original and copy of HKID card

Original and copy of DSE transcript

Original and copy of school reports (Form 4 to Form 6)

Original and copy of other learning experience (OLE)

Original and copy of student learning profile (SLP)

Certificates for non-school competitions or extracurricular activities

Stationery like pen, paper

Confirmation from institutions on conditional offers (if any)

Reference letter (if any)

Sufficient money for administration fees
If you are planning to study abroad after receiving your DSE results, here are the documents you need to prepare when you head to an overseas exhibition:

In both cases, bring a charger for your smartphone, as you may need to contact someone or access other important information on-site. It’s also a good idea to bring snacks and water to keep you energised and hydrated throughout the day.
Wednesday will be extremely hot and rainy, so you should also carry an umbrella and tissues.
