Thousands tour PLA Navy ships during Hong Kong visit

Thousands of Hong Kong and Macau residents toured two People’s Liberation Army (PLA) navy ships during a visit to mark the 29th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to Chinese rule. The guided-missile destroyer Nanning and frigate Hengyang were open to the public at Ngong Shuen Chau Barracks. The PLA had distributed some 14,000 free tickets via WeChat in advance of the event.
