Retired judge throws hat in the ring for Hong Kong’s Chief Executive election

Retired judge Woo Kwok-hing launched his campaign for the Chief Executive election at a social service centre in Wan Chai. Woo is the first person to formally declare his intentions to run for the March 26 election.
