Crowd tries to stop runaway quad bike with children on board in China’s Inner Mongolia

A quad bike with two children on board went out of control on a grassy field in the Xilingol League subdivision of China’s northern Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Video of the incident showed the vehicle dragging a man eyewitnesses identified as the children’s father who was trying to stop the quad bike.
