When China opened up to foreign investment 40 years ago, Yip Kwok-wah and Wu Suk-ching were among the first businessmen from British-ruled Hong Kong to establish enterprises in mainland China.

They recall their memories of investing in China and share opinions on Hong Kong’s role in the country’s economic development.
