Vaping ban for Philippines announced by President Duterte

E-cigarettes will be outlawed in the Philippines and anyone caught vaping in public may be arrested, according to the nation’s president. 

President Rodrigo Duterte made the announcement at a late-night news conference on November 19, 2019.
