Marking its sixth year, one-Michelin-starred Hansik Goo has unveiled two dinner menus by head chef Park Seung-hun to take diners on a deeper dive into the culinary heritage of the Korean peninsula. The expanded repertoire includes a restorative sea cucumber samgyetang with chicken-skin dumplings, abalone porridge and a duo of Hanwoo beef.

In a new collaboration with local collective Tennin Tattoo, the Cordis Hotel’s bar-restaurant is launching a trio of cocktails being poured until April 30. The “Twin Odyssey: Ink & Elixir” menu interprets the styles of three artists into liquid form: take the Dragon, a punchy blend of awamori and gin inspired by Mike Kam’s traditional Japanese motifs. Each drink arrives with a temporary tattoo sticker, offering a taste of rebellion without the commitment.
