The Pontiac

Marking a full decade in the trenches, The Pontiac has launched its latest cocktail menu, “Talking Walls”. Each cocktail takes inspiration from the messages and graffiti etched into the walls of Central’s favourite dive bar over the past 10 years, with stand-outs such as First & Last, a tequila-based drink combining Ribena-hibiscus syrup and fenugreek tincture, and I Post My Crimes for Likes, featuring gin, rum and strawberry-oolong cordial.
