With nine new libations, “Sip Trip: Ship & Sail” explores flavours such as shrimp paste in the Tai O Mary; mango mochi in a Cheung Chau-inspired recipe; and pineapple buns – plus their geological doppelgängers, the quartz monzonite boulders of Sharp Island – in the Tombolo Tides.
