Have a grand old ball this Easter at two of Hong Kong’s most storied culinary institutions. Tiffin at the Grand Hyatt takes the wraps off its new afternoon tea menu, with dainty pastries served tableside from a dessert trolley, all in the shadow of a giant Easter egg centrepiece. Meanwhile, at The Repulse Bay, an Easter Sunday brunch will be served on April 20 with stations dedicated to sashimi, Iberico ham, desserts and more.

In a bold move, mixologist Ezra Star has debuted a completely non-alcoholic cocktail menu at her Sai Ying Pun bar, Mostly Harmless. Titled “0.042”, the drinks double down on the bar’s focus on locally grown produce with recipes such as the Clover Club, with strawberries and a non-alcoholic agave distillate.
