Coming in boozeless for Dry January, the Quinary’s sister bar has introduced a range of spirit-free cocktails offering complexity similar to traditional versions but without the hangover. Priced at HK$120 each, highlights include the Beetroot Watermelon Salad, featuring earthy beetroot and sweet watermelon; the Canto-Braise, inspired by Hong Kong’s braised meats; and the dessert mocktail Apple Custard Pie, topped with custard foam. Imbibers can add a spirit component for an additional HK$30.
