Now that a ceasefire seems to be holding between Israel and Iran, it is time to focus on a ceasefire in Gaza. US President Donald Trump and Arab countries can play an energetic role in securing peace in the region.
People are dying in Gaza, waiting for medicine, food and water. Even aid workers have been killed.
The world cannot turn a blind eye to the people of Gaza. Israel and Hamas must end their warped relationship, which has caused so much bloodshed, and join hands to develop the region.
Hamas should unconditionally release Israeli hostages. Israel should stop all attacks on Gaza.
Nations are exploring space, from Mars to the moon. Can’t we solve our problems on Earth and wipe away Gaza’s tears?

3 threats to the world
Hasn’t the peace-desiring world been apprised of convicted felon and US President Donald Trump’s access to his country’s nuclear arsenal launch codes?
Iran’s nascent nuclear programme is worrisome to the Middle East, as is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s war footing.
But of the triple threats shaking the world, surely Trump’s ranting and raving leads the geopolitical race to the abyss.

If the US cuts aid, others should step up
If the United States is cutting its aid programmes around the world, then other countries should step up their charitable efforts. Just because America wants to cut its deficits doesn’t mean we should allow people to die of hunger.
Everybody has the right to live. This world is not just made for the rich, but for the joy of everybody who is born.
I plead for all those who can afford it to serve humanity. Why must the world depend on the US to feed the poor?
We must spread the word that people are dying of hunger. Don’t waste food, and let’s influence our leaders to give to nations in need. Be empathetic towards those in need. When people die, they take nothing with them. Think about helping others and as many as you can before leaving this world.
