A noodle shop owner in China who gave free food to travellers who intervened after a car accident has discovered that the victim they helped was his son.
On March 7, a woman and her friend were driving in Guangdong province, southeastern China, when they came across a car accident.
A white sedan was diagonally parked in the middle of the road, its front windshield pierced by a metal road divider.
The unidentified woman called the police and filmed the scene.
In the video, the driver is seen sitting in the seat, bleeding but alert, with the vehicle’s airbag deployed.
A man nearby asks the driver: “Does your head hurt? We have called the police. Stay awake, help is on the way.”
