Kylian Mbappé’s winning luxury watch collection: from his Hublots, including one created for Uefa Euro 2024, to his formerly loved Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore
- At just 25, Mbappé is earning millions from Paris Saint-Germain and is following in the footsteps of Lionel Messi and David Beckham, launching businesses off the field too
- As a Hublot ambassador, Mbappé is among the first to wear the brand’s Uefa Euro 2024 version of its Big Bang e Gen3 connected watch created for the event, powered by Google Wear OS 3
In 2022, his company Zebra Valley even signed a deal with the NBA to co-create content to engage fans, setting Mbappé on his way to expanding his clout beyond his own sport.
According to reports from The Athletic, Mbappé is currently taking home one of the biggest salaries in football, setting PSG back €200 million (US$213 million) in 2024. The player, however, doesn’t seem to be driven entirely by money. Per Sky Sports, he is rumoured to be prepared to take a pay cut to join Real Madrid this summer.
Of course, such big pay cheques fuel a glamorous lifestyle and a love of luxury goods. In particular, the striker has a passion for luxury watches: he has been brand ambassador for Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot since 2018, and has been spotted wearing many of its creations.
He can certainly afford the timepieces too, since it’s reported that he earns £1 million (US$1.2 million) a year from the brand, according to Sport Pro. His collection includes the gem-bezel Big Bang Unico Titanium Rainbow and Big Bang E Fifa World Cup Qatar 2022 smartwatch.
