Available Saturdays and Sundays, the Weekend Brunch Menu featuring Japanese contemporary cuisine promises to be a feast for the senses. Start off with a sashimi platter, Wagyu gyoza and nigiri before sampling items like chargrilled lamb chop, lobster soba and grilled A4 Miyazaki Wagyu. Finish the meal with a salted caramel sando, hojicha crème brûlée or strawberry pistachio tart.

The brunch is priced at HK$688 per person, but Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard holders can benefit from the buy-two-get-one-free promotion when making the booking in advance, and a maximum of one free brunch per reservation. The offer does not apply to drinks.

This Japanese steakhouse features both teppan and binchōtan cooking in an open setting at Forty-Five in Landmark. The restaurant offers a teppanyaki set menu with dishes such as chawanmushi, tempura, tiger prawn cooked in garlic brown butter and a choice of mains like Wagyu two ways or spiny lobster, followed by charcoal grilled kinmedai clay pot rice and dessert.
