Taking place over the Father’s Day weekend, Aqua’s Father’s Day Because Brunch (HK$888) includes free flow booze. Food wise, diners can chow down on scrumptious items like sashimi and sushi, truffle ravioli with Jerusalem artichoke foam and the signature stone-grilled Wagyu beef with butter soy sauce.

Dads are thought so special at La Rambla that they have prepared both a dinner and a brunch to celebrate. Sunday brunch (HK$780) on June 20 will showcase the famous Spanish antipasto buffet as well as Gillardeau oysters, tuna tataki with escabeche sauce and espárragos blancos de Navarra with salmon roe mayonnaise. For those who want to celebrate in the evening, there’s a 10-course Father’s Day dinner tasting menu (HK$3,000 for a family of four) which includes the signature seafood paella.

Those who plan a large gathering of family members over delicious Cantonese cuisine, should head over to Man Hing at Greater China Club who have prepared two gastronomic 11-course set menus for Father’s Day, running from June 12 to June 20, priced at HK$588 or HK$788 per person. What courses you get depends on the set menu selection, but diners can look forward to dishes like secret honey sauce roasted prime Iberico pork and smoked silky fowl egg flavoured with sakura shrimp.
