Six master chefs, 14 stars and Nicholas Tse to shine at Macau’s ‘Michelin Guide’ dinner
A 10th anniversary gala dinner – featuring six world-class chefs and food travelogue star Nicholas Tse – will be held tonight
Many are thrilled as the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau is announcing the star recipients for 2018 today. The Hong Kong Macau version is also going to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a gala dinner – featuring six world-class chefs and food travelogue star Nicholas Tse – in Macau tonight.
It will be followed by delicacies from Fabrice Vulin of two-Michelin-starred The Tasting Room, Macau; Tam Kwok-fung of two-Michelin-starred Jade Dragon, Macau; and Kwong Wai-keung of three-Michelin-starred T’ang Court, Hong Kong.
There will also be sumptuous dishes from Noah Sandoval of his two-Michelin-starred eponymous restaurant in Chicago; and Hidemichi Seki of two-Michelin-starred Tenku RyuGin, Hong Kong.
The night will finish off with a dessert by food travelogue TV show Chef Nic star Nicholas Tse.
