Gayheart filed documents on March 6 to dismiss her divorce from Dane, according to court documents obtained by E! News. The pair initially filed for divorce back in 2018, but the paperwork was never finalised. They have two daughters together.
However, as recently as last month, several media outlets were reporting the 52-year-old actor’s outings and dinner dates with another woman – 27-year-old actress Priya Jain.
The couple were first spotted getting cosy and smiling as they walked to West Hollywood’s star-studded Sushi Park restaurant back in November, and in January were spotted again laughing together in LA as they headed for a dinner date.
