Apart from music, French-born Destable has an interest in museum art and is the father of 2 sons from a previous relationship – but where and when he met Portman is a tantalising mystery

Natalie Portman was recently spotted strolling around the streets of Paris with her new man, Tanguy Destable.

The Oscar-winning actress divorced her husband, choreographer Benjamin Millepied, in March last year after it came out that Millepied had been unfaithful. The two met on the set of Black Swan (2010) and were married for more than a decade. They share a son, Aleph and a daughter, Amalia.

So while it seems Portman, 43, has rediscovered romance, here’s everything to know about her new beau, Tanguy Destable.

Destable was born in Morlaix, France and is a music producer who goes by the professional name Tepr.

Destable rose to prominence as part of the experimental hip-hop group Abstrackt Keal Agram. The 44-year-old has since worked with the likes of Calvin Harris, Katy Perry and DJ David Guetta.

Destable was also part of a French electropop group called Yelle for seven years. The outfit opened for Perry during the “Hot N Cold” singer’s California Dreams tour in 2011.

Working with famous artists aside, the producer also composed music for Louis Vuitton for the maison’s spring/summer 2021 fashion show.

He has children from a previous relationship

Before his romance with Portman, Destable was in a long-term relationship with French actress Louise Bourgoin. The two were romantically linked in 2013, as per the Daily Mail and share sons Étienne and Vadim.
