Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2026 Bib Gourmand selections unveiled
The 83 restaurants on the list that offer high-quality food at a reasonable price include six new entries from Hong Kong and two from Macau

Ahead of the 2026 Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau awards ceremony on March 19, the full list of Bib Gourmand selections has been unveiled.
This year’s selection of wallet-friendly establishments welcomes eight up-and-coming names to its ranks, recognising eateries where diners can enjoy a high-quality, multicourse meal for less than HK$400 (US$50).
The additions bring the total number of Bib Gourmand-rated restaurants in the two cities to 83, with 70 in Hong Kong and 13 in Macau.
The restaurants reflect the diverse culinary landscape of the region, spanning Cantonese classics, Neapolitan pizza, Chiu Chow seafood, Thai street food, Southeast Asian fare and Portuguese dishes.
“[The restaurants selected] beautifully represent the extraordinary breadth and energy of culinary scenes in Hong Kong and Macau, China,” says Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the Michelin Guide. “Each highlights the region’s rich gastronomic tapestry … that both cities are known for.”
Among the six new Hong Kong entries is Dragons’ Den, a hidden retro Cantonese restaurant featuring a menu that revives hard-to-find dishes such as baked egg omelette with fish tripe and dry-aged pigeon smoked with pear wood.
