I like all types of cuisine. I enjoy all food that is thoughtfully prepared with high quality, fresh ingredients. I try my best to avoid any heavily processed or pre-packaged foods that come in a packet, bottle or bag.

Some of my favourite dishes include the chicken salad from La Rotisserie (various locations including 33 Hillier Street, Sheung Wan, tel: 9791 9045) and the poke bowls from Pololi (various locations including 39 Graham Street, Central, tel: 2755 8099) for a simple and healthy lunch or takeaway snack.

If I’m looking for places to hang out with friends, I go to Table by Sandy Keung (8/F, The Pemberton, 22-26 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, tel: 2815 2367). They serve fresh sustainable seafood in a modern and intimate setting.
