With all the rain – not to mention hail – this past week, we can all use a bit of colour to cheer things up. With that and the weekend in mind, I’ve rounded up some of the best and brightest cosmetics for spring/summer.
1. Tom Ford Eye and Cheek Compact
Featuring three eye shadows and two cheek colours, this vibrant new compact (HK$700) has everything you need for summer. Light rose blush and neutral shadows work for day, while the coral blush and cobalt shadow add drama for evening events. Available April 10 at Tom Ford Beauty counters at Lane Crawford (2110 4727)

2. Deborah Lippmann Spring Collection
It’s all about pastels for nail polish expert Deborah Lippmann this season, with six new shades (HK$220 each) inspired by flowers and gardens. The selection includes the petal pink La Vie en Rose, pistachio Spring Buds and mint-green Flowers in Her Hair (pictured above). Available at Joyce Beauty counters and stores.
